How do I place an order?
  • Select the size of the product you wish to buy
  • Add the product to your shopping bag by clicking on "Add to Bag"
  • Go to your shopping bag and click on "Go to Checkout"
  • Provide your Shipping and Billing Address - Select the payment method.
  • Confirm payment and your order will be placed
  • You will be notified via email.
Do I need to create an account to place an order? 

No, it's not necessary to create an account if you wish to place an order. You can simply provide your shipping and billing details, select the payment method and place an order. 

Why have I not received my order yet?

In rare situations, orders may get delayed due to courier or shipment issues. We will keep you updated through calls or emails on the status of your orders. You can also call or email us to check on your orders.

How can I track my order? 

We will send you tracking details once your order is shipped from our warehouse. You can go to the courier partner's website and track your order with the AWB number.

 How do I return/exchange my product? 
  • You can return/exchange the goods within 15 days of receiving the item.
  • You can call us on +91 9358794423 or e-mail us at support@indirookh.com within 15 days from the date of delivery.
The exchange/return order is approved if the following conditions are satisfied:

 

  1. Notify via email within 15 days of receiving the item.
  2. Product(s) should be unused.
  3. Product(s) should not have been tampered with.
  4. Hang tags should be intact.
  5. Klothing Kraft reserves the right to reject returns from any particular customer, in case of frequent returns by such customer.
  6. After the receipt of item(s), your request for returns/exchanges would be processed.
  7. In the case of returns, banks normally take 7-10 business days to process a refund once it has been initiated from our end.
  8. In the case of exchanges, your new order will be dispatched to you within 4-5 business days after we receive the earlier shipment.

Refunds will only be done in the following cases:

  • Genuine sizing issues, only for unused garments with tags. Please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.
  • Genuine quality issues.
  • Packages lost in transit.
  • In case we discover that a wrong item has been shipped to you.

No refunds will be given in the following cases:

  • In case of minor design and colour variations. With handloom products there will always be some variation between products.
  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
  • After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.
  • Package refused by recipient.
  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition.

 How do I cancel my order?

Just call or email us with the reason of cancellation and we will cancel the order for you. If your order has been already shipped then cancellation will not be possible. You can refuse to take the delivery and your order will be cancelled automatically.

How do I pay for my order?

There are multiple ways you can pay for your order

  • Credit Card
  • Debit Card
  • Net Banking
  • UPI
  • E- Wallets

Due to COVID 19 situation COD is not available.

Is it safe to place an order with my credit/debit card?

Yes, all our payments are secured by Razorpay payment gateway. Any details provided by you during transaction are completely safe . Please refer to our Privacy Policy to know more.
