Frequently Asked Questions
Can I return sale items?
Sale pieces are returnable within 7 days of delivery if unworn with tags attached, same as regular-price items. Final-sale pieces (clearance) are marked explicitly on the product page, so check before ordering.
Is sale quality the same as regular pieces?
Yes. Sale pieces are the same hand-woven fabric, block print, and construction as our full-price range. They are discounted because the collection has moved past its launch season.
How often do you run a sale?
Two or three times a year. End-of-season clearances and a year-end sale. We don't run constant discount campaigns because small-batch handloom production doesn't support that pricing model.
Can I use a discount code on sale items?
Most promo codes don't stack on already-discounted sale pieces. The product page will note any exceptions. Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹600 always applies. COD orders carry a ₹100 shipping fee.
