1. If you’d like to exchange or return your item/s for any reason, we offer free exchanges! Simply notify us using the Return and Exchange form Return and Exchanges  within 15 days of receiving the item/s and we will assist you with the process. 
  2. For hygiene reasons, we do not offer exchanges on Slips.  For refund of Slips, the customer can courier us back the products at their own expense. Refund will be issued once we receive back the product/s.
  3. Product(s) should be unused.
  4. Product(s) should not have been tampered with.
  5. Hang tags should be intact.
  6. Klothing Kraft reserves the right to reject returns from any particular customer, in case of frequent returns by such customer.
  7. After the receipt of item(s), your request for returns/exchanges would be processed. If the requested exchange item is out of stock a refund will be issued. 
  8. In the case of returns and refund, banks may take 2-5 business days to process a refund once it has been initiated from our end.
  9. For returns involving Cash On Delivery(COD) orders , the COD shipping cost is non refundable.
  10. In the case of exchanges, your new order will be dispatched to you within 1-3 business days after we receive the return shipment.
  11. For any order, only one free reverse pickup and exchange is allowed. If the customer wants to return the product after one free exchange , the product can be couriered back to us. Refund will be issued once we receive back the product/s.
  12.  For reverse pickup, in the rare event that the customer pin code is non-serviceable by our courier partner, the customer will have to courier us back the return parcel. 
  13. There is no Exchange or Refund on SALE / Customised products.
