1. If you’d like to exchange or return your item/s for any reason, we offer free exchanges! Simply notify us using the Return and Exchange form Return and Exchanges  within 15 days of receiving the item/s and we will assist you with the process. 
  2. Product(s) should be unused.
  3. Product(s) should not have been tampered with.
  4. Hang tags should be intact.
  5. Klothing Kraft reserves the right to reject returns from any particular customer, in case of frequent returns by such customer.
  6. After the receipt of item(s), your request for returns/exchanges would be processed.
  7. In the case of returns and refund, banks may take 2-5 business days to process a refund once it has been initiated from our end.
  8. In the case of exchanges, your new order will be dispatched to you within 4-5 business days after we receive the return shipment.
  9. For any order, only one free reverse pickup and exchange is allowed. If the customer wants to return the product after one free exchange , the product can be couriered back to us. Refund will be issued once we receive back the product/s.
  10.  For reverse pickup, in the rare event that the customer pin code is non-serviceable by our courier partner, the customer will have to courier us back the return parcel. The shipping cost (upto a maximum of 100 INR) incurred by the customer will be refunded by us. 
  11. For inner wear and low value products like slips, masks,etc. ( Product price less than 500 INR) we do not offer free reverse pickup/exchange, except in the case of wrong supply or damaged item/s. For refund of such item/s , the customer can courier us back the products at their own expense. Refund will be issued once we receive back the product/s.
  12. There is No Exchange on SALE products. For return and refund of SALE item/s the customer can courier us back the product/s at their own expense. Refund for the order will be issued once we receive back the product/s.
